Summer gratitudes.

Camping holidays with friends old and new.

Good books to read in the sun.

Grubby children sleeping through the night.

Friends who collect the wine you forgot.

Internet connection where you were told there was none.

Shared elation over Olympic triumph.

Sunshine after a sudden storm.

Above all, I’m grateful for a life that allows me to suddenly decide to go camping, and for that to be possible.
