{Watching} Star Trek into darkness for #familyfilmnight. Was quite pleased with myself for remembering I still had blinkbox codes left from a peerpeek *and* planning ahead to download it this afternoon. Worth it, went down very well. Although the tribble was a bit lively 😉

{Eating}  whatever’s in (the fridge). Had a clean up meal to get rid of some leftovers. Helps to keep waste and budget down.

{Reading} Hunger, second in the gone series. Am hoping it isn’t going to veer off any further into horror.

{Learning} some new stretches. That touch wood are sorting the lower back pain that was causing continuous pain up until yesterday evening.

{Realising} that I need to laugh more. Yesterday was a low point. Pain, exhaustion, stress. I went for a long walk in the sea air which helped hugely, and then today I have seized every chance to smile and laugh. Which is good.

Big has started C25K and completed two runs from week one. Small nailed quadratic equations. Smallest has started taking herself to the potty which offers a glimpse of light at the end of a very long tunnel and Tigerboy has mastered threading beads on to pipe cleaners 🙂
