Looking back, over my shoulder

Not a bad view. First attempt at running round the point for a while was remarkably unsuccessful. My legs didn’t like the shingle, then when I paused Runkeeper to take the photo I confused it and it didn’t track the rest of the run.

Oh well. Just as well I haven’t actually started the build up to 10k plan, or I’d already be stuffed. Hmm. Think along with planning routes at the beginning of the week I’d better plan how I’m going to cope if it’s all too hard. Maybe I should do the under 65 minutes plan first and then aim to speed up?

That’s about it for my 101 things attempt this week. Although while I was walking the rest of the way home I did come up with a nano prep plan. Can’t actually get into my previous account on the nano site which is a bit sad, but I guess not that surprising after a decade break. Anyone else I know planning on giving it a shot?
