A bad boy stole my bra by Lauren Price – blog tour

Isn’t that just the best book title ever? When I spotted the shout out for bloggers to take part in the blog tour I just couldn’t resist, and the cover is just as in your face as the title. A great combination – it’s going to zing in book shops.

A BAD BOY STOLE MY BRA is centred around a prank war between wise-cracking Riley Greene, and her new neighbour, the enigmatic Alec Wilde, who quickly establishes himself as the handsome bad boy in town – and king of cheesy chat-up lines and innuendos. (And let’s face it, what teenager isn’t a sucker for a handsome bad boy?)

I’ve read a lot of YA over the years (it probably ties with SFF as my favourite genre), and A BAD BOY STOLE MY BRA hit the mark just about perfectly, not that I was ever the wise cracking teen I wanted to be. Few things are as intense and thrillingly excruciating as teenage love, and Lauren, still a teenager herself, catches the bitter-sweet, and often cringe-worhty, experience perfectly. I do want to know if she’s master of the perfectly timed wise crack herself mind, or whether there’s a spot of wishful thinking in there

An unedited version of the book was published on Wattpad previously, attracting over 101 MILLION hits (I can only dream) and reaching number 3 in the โ€˜Most Viralโ€™ category. Thatโ€™s an amazing pool of enthusiastic beta-readers – this is going to be a massively talked about book!

It’s fun, lots of fun. Perfect beach* read for the summer, and perfectly timed as schools break up. And at the moment it’s a bargain on kindle, under ยฃ3, so feel free to click on the handy affiliate link above and grab yourself/your favourite teenager a copy.

*insert holiday destination of your choice.
