{enjoying} the sunshine after the rain. And lots of butterflies in the garden.
{reading} the Valdemar books. I’m up to Magic’s Price, although I’m reading around the series whenever I get my hands on a set.
{eating} sensibly. I just started a 28 day program of yoga and dieting to try and halt the thyroid weight gain and rebuild my strength and fitness. I hate the concept of dieting, but I also hate not being able to fit into my clothes. And while I’m in pain I can’t easily exercise to control weight. {pondering} how to explain all of the above to the 9 year old. I mean, I’ve told her the above, but what she actually sees is mummy passing up on bread and potatoes and puddings. And I try really hard to not load the kids with issues around food and bodies but it’s all really hard.
