{Watching} nothing. The media centre has expired. No family film night, we could have hooked up a laptop but with several sick children we decided a quiet early night was a better idea.
{Reading} life after life from Kate Atkinson. Not very far in yet but it’s promising so far.
{Eating} spaghetti bolognese. Quick, cheap, easy, everyone eats it.
{Pondering} how best to raise 100,000 over and on top of the money we need to live on. Suggestions welcomed.
{Enduring} sick children. Coughing, spluttering, sneezing. Off their food, sleeping in the day and annoyingly energetic now. While still coughing and sneezing.

{Snapshots} Big was 13 this week and celebrated with friends at centerparcs and by joining Facebook. Small enjoyed rides and slides as he is now a strong enough swimmer to deal with anything. He lost the buckle off the side of his goggles in the rapids and found it again the next day! Smallest discovered she does like swimming pools and so does Tigerboy.

  2. when you find out how to raise that sort of money please share. Wish you all better. And one of my all time favourite books is a Kate Atikinson – Behind the scenes at the museum.

    • I’m considering a new blog devoted solely to the topic of money raising and saving. Just not sure I actually have the time to devote to it.
