A couple of notes:
I don’t carry guest posts from people trying to use my site for SEO purposes. If you’re about to mail to offer me “quality content written specifically” for my blog, please think again. After all, I like to think that that’s what I do 
I do carry sponsored posts that I’ve written, but they will be clearly marked as such, and contain no follow links. I also do product reviews and am happy to consider brand ambassador positions, particularly paid ones, (though sadly I’m not prepared to do all your PR/marketing work for the occasional free product. Unless it’s a really amazingly good free product. Think yacht. Luxury holiday. Lifetime’s supply of chocolate, that sort of thing.)
