As I type I’ve interrupted the children’s Harry Potter binge (Stephen Fry, audio books, only 1 1/2 to go) to listen to Katrina and the Waves, Walking on Sunshine. I’m enjoying it. The baby’s enjoying it. Big is dancing. (Small is groaning in the corner, but you can’t have everything ๐ ) We’re listening to Right Royal Knees up, a double CD of party music part 1 free with News of the World tomorrow, and part 2 next week.
Or, if you don’t fancy traipsing to your local newsagent, you could enter to win your very own copy here ๐ As well as my review copy, I’ve a set to give away to one lucky reader and commenter. How can you go wrong? Party music for free! Artists include Chesney Hawkes (The one and only), Bryan Ferry (Let’s Stick Together), Kajagoogoo (Too shy) and Jeff Beck (Hi Ho Silver Lining). Perfect soundtrack for a summer BBQ or maybe a street party?
If you’d like to enter to win, stick a comment below telling me what your must have party track or karaoke song is. And you can get a second entry for tweeting your song choice *with* this post link @liveotherwise (leave me a separate comment saying you’re tweeting please!)
T&C UK only as I’m responsible for postage, sorry. Competition closes next Saturday 16th April at midnight, winner to be drawn at random using random.org. If you win and don’t respond within a week I’ll redraw. My decision is final.
Now if you’ll excuse me I have embarassing singing and dancing to do. “ooh heaven is a place on earth…”
