Someone stole an hour of my night last night. I’m very cross about it. But despite that I got up reasonably early, and was just sneaking out for a run when the baby started to shout for me. So Tim went to pick her up and I snuck a bit faster 😉
I got my run in – a good three miles. Pace was OK too, especially considering I set out feeling hungry so didn’t think I was going to make it more than 2. I’d wanted to build in a long run though, so 3 will do me nicely.
The rest of the day hasn’t been quite as successful. Pros – I’ve sorted through two of the three crates recovered from the loft, finding one of the missing identity documents. That just leaves two to find – here’s hoping the last crate is stashed with goodies. (If it isn’t, blogging may drop off as I disappear on a document hunt in the garage 🙁 ) I’ve also played Board games with the kids again, and we had some more rounds of 20 questions, with slightly more success than last night.
Supported Big to enter one of the two comps that closed today – she really has a good eye for a photograph. Hoping she might share some of the rest of the shoot on her blog.
And as for the rest of the day – I’m not sure where it went. The living room has more piles of stuff that I’m trying to sort through. I’ve filled the bin and the recycling bin twice. But nothing looks particularly better. Sigh. Have totally failed in my aim to be in bed early, and now the baby has woken again, so I’m going to have to rush off. Am hoping that there are other ppl out there with tales of success to share some energy. Anyone?

Just getting to day 3 is inspiring. I started today. My brief was: tidy, not clean, just tidy. I did quite a lot but tomorrow will have to be tidy as well.
