I love out trailer This has been this years purchase for us and it makes life so much easier. The camping gear can live in trailer between camps. Evn if you need to oack the trailer, it’s a nice regualr sapce for easy packing. Leaving the car for clothes, food (which we have a packed foodbox for which has much of the stuff we need for a couple of days), personal stuff etc. Less stuff to pack into the car also means none of that squeezing everything into all the gaps in the car, which takes up a lot of time.

It’s especially noticeable when striking camp, it’s been much easier and quicker packing up – and less sttressful. I always got grumpy as I could never seem to pack things pack into the roofbox so well on packing up.

Do you think there is some kind of algorithm for working out, based on how long you *think* it will take to pack a car for camping, and how long you are going for, it actually *does* take?! If so, please do share as at the moment I just whack an extra two hours onto the estimate and always get it woefully wrong
