Following this post Amazon is currently recommending For a Few Demons More (Rachel Morgan 5)
( Recommended because you purchased A Knot in the Grain” and Other Stories ) and Sexy Little Knits: Chic Designs to Knit and Crochet ( Recommended because you rated Stitch ‘n Bitch Crochet )

eta I scrolled down and found this, Not Buying It: My Year Without Shopping, which struck me as a particularly ironic shopping recommendation. I went and reserved it at the library instead (which still cost me 80p, but less than buying it did!)

There’s also a whole batch of stuff about programming, some books about karate, and several John Holt’s, can’t think why. Nothing particularly peculiar I don’t think, though I’ve never heard of the top recommendation – anyone else?

Currently Amazon is recommending 4 boxes of hama beads and The Kama Sutra to me (i know not why!) – and i’m trying to decide how likely it is that anyone buys the marketplace “used” copies!

For some reason I keep reading the title of this post as “Alison’s amazing meme”, as in “Have you seen that Alison’s meme? Amazing, isn’t it?
