This only happens when I've been away from the house for a few days as I tend to clean up crumbs, or maybe they just missed me? I havent put out any traps- I seem to be in denial. The cat has caught one, but isnt very good, considering they mostly eat her food. The builder filled in a hole in the wall, but they were on the inside. The people who live in the house where I stayed at the weekend told me not to worry if I heard the piano in the night as it was probably the mice! eek! we’ve had 2 mouse sightings this evening plus ‘offerings’ around the toaster, ew. The only sure way weve found to get rid of them is to use sonic rodent repellers - switch those on and they just leave. We got ours at B&Q.
