That is the third call since I cancelled the account. No, I won’t go through your security rigmarole, I don’t want to discuss the old account, I’m not going to sign up again and PLEASE stop calling now!

I think they called us three times. Lots of asking us ‘what we missed most’, and then lots of very cheap, limited time, offers. They did stop after a while. Never bother us now.
I’m still getting letters four years later, “We really miss you….”
The trick is to cancel sky then move with a new telephone number. They can’t hastle you then
