WRT reading, you should try Captain Underpants. I refuse to let T read those in the same room as me, they are *awful* but he adores them ~sigh~ I think I'd prefer fairies LOL! She insists on reading to us at night too. :D Someone bought her Prince Cinders for Christmas and she elected to read that instead of watching tv this morning. She *wanted* to read HP etc, but they were far too dense un terms of quantity. She loved the covers of the fairy books, and Bob and I refused point blank to read them to her - so she did it herself.
