Elijah also enjoyed doing his initial with a running stitch border (I marked it onto the binca, though Big may be at the counting stage).</description>

I think Merry has some links to somewhere that sells cross stitch kits with the pattern already printed on the fabric.  Would be tempted to try that first personally..... or indelible marker so you could mark the design onto the fabric... or plastic canvass cos the holes are normally bigger... but then I'm a wuss (as has been stated previously!)</description>
